Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is in a lovely location, nestled between the Old Mill District and downtown, offering a relaxing stay with comfortable beds. The rooms were great for families with small children, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The dining was decent, serving a consistent breakfast selection of biscuits and gravy. The facilities were functional but could use thorough cleaning. The hotel seemed a little dull in appearance but is within minutes of downtown and features lovely, well-manicured surroundings.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located right on the Deschutes River, with clean surroundings and an on-site dining option. The rooms were unfortunately outdated and noisy due to activities above, with subpar cleanliness standards and limited amenities upon arrival. The service fell short on maintaining fresh towels and linen and lacked a proactive approach to resolving issues. However, the location was ideal for our needs, despite some difficulties in activating features due to physical limitations. The dining offerings were not up to standard, with some food items in poor condition, indicating preparation issues when fully booked. The overall facilities were satisfactory, offering basic necessities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious and accommodated my family well, but lacked any decorations or pictures on the walls. The noise from the floor above was quite disturbing, as guests seemed indifferent to keeping the noise levels down. The service was a bit of a letdown, with some confusion over room arrangements. The location was beautiful, close to shopping and restaurants, but the dining options left much to be desired with a lackluster continental breakfast. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel offers basic amenities for a comfortable stay at a decent value.
